Hi Marie, thank you for speaking with us today. You have been with us for a long time now, but let’s take it back to the beginning. How did it all start?
We were looking for a platform to house the 360 panoramic 3D renderings we were producing for our clients. We needed a platform that loads 360 panoramic images quickly and an interface that grabs the attention and curiosity of the viewers instantly. It should also be very easy to use and not make our audience frustrated and dizzy. iStaging had all of the features and functionalities we were looking for in a virtual tour and more!
Could you tell us a little bit about how you are using the VR Maker?
We are mostly using it for the 3D panoramic renderings we produce to create a 360 virtual tour for our real estate clients. This allows them to market their products ahead of production of actual model units that take longer to construct as well as being able to visualize 3D exterior renderings that we montage with drone shoots to capture the proposed property development with existing surroundings.
We just love iStaging because it's so easy to use and it's packed with a lot of features like being able to plot the site in a map, add background music, add a floor plan w/ navigation, track the mileage of the virtual tour via analytics etc.
How is the feedback from your clients?
Our clients are very happy with the output, especially during the pandemic when most construction was put on hold and their prospective buyers couldn’t visit the project sites. The production of the 360 virtual tours helped them a lot in presenting their products and closing sales. By simply sending a link and guiding the potential buyers to navigate the 360 virtual tour, they are able to efficiently show their products and impress them. It doesn't matter where clients are in the world, as long as they have an internet connection, they will be able to access these tours.
Some clients used the 360 virtual tour for a virtual open house as well. They are able to have a lot of clients view the 360 virtual tour at the same time via Zoom. The 360 virtual tours are now a staple for our real estate clients. It is now part of the standard 3D visualization package we produce together with the 3D still renderings and walkthrough animation videos.
That’s awesome! Zoom is a good way to host a virtual open home. We’ve also got a live guided virtual tour system available, called TourRing! It enables you to connect with up to 10 visitors in your virtual tour.
