Based on the team's accumulated technical know-how and development over the past few years, the iStaging team is excited to expand business operations worldwide. Our business model is B2B4C, recurring revenues based on subscriptions. We are looking for a Business Development Manager EMEA to join our team in Paris.

Job Description

Directly reporting to the EMEA Market Director, you will be in charge of the iStaging business development on the EMEA Market:

  • Conduct ongoing market research in focus segments aligned with the company strategy.
  • Identify potential clients including reselling partners, develop your own pipeline of cutomers by supporting them through the entire sales process.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives and the Customer Success team to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
  • Market and sell iStaging solutions through well-thought-out commercial packages, negotiate growth-centric contracts.
  • Manage the interface with your clients and iStaging Customer Success & Product teams in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, identify new business opportunities and propose commercial plans in close collaboration with the Management
  • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of iStaging products
  • Structure, negotiate and close deals
  • Maintain an accurate forecasting discipline and a regular sales stage pipeline management
  • Communicate clearly the progress of weekly initiatives to the EMEA Market Director

Key requirements:
  • 3-5 year experience as business developer in SaaS and standard product business
  • Ability to be independent and proactive to organize and execute a sales plan and reach assigned goals
  • Pure digital minded, creative thinker and good sales ideation skills, with a "can-do" attitude
  • Demonstrate very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Excellent client interfacing and customer-focused approach
  • Perfectly fluent in English and French
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge in AR-VR technologies
  • Spanish and/or German languages much appreciated
  • Expert on Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, help desk support software
  • Education: BAC + 3/5, business school or engineer

Contract type: permanent / full time (CDI)

Gross Salary: Based on the experience and skills

Incentive package: quaterly commissions on individual performance + EMEA team performance bonus + monthly individual bonus on 360° appraisal + ESOP plan (after a 3-month presence and a successful probation period).
